Governance of  Change

Every change will have governance processes around it - unfortunately though, it often lacks deliberate design, and tends to arise because of missed milestones or a lack of trust, and a desire for "supervision".

 

When governance is intentionally designed to support a change it will help you know:

  • if your change is on track, and where extra support may be needed 

  • where decisions will erode benefits or add benefits

  • where the Executive and Board have questions and concerns about risks, so that you can manage them appropriately

  • where the money is coming from and where it is running out

  • and how much more effort is required to ensure the change is successfully rolled out and embedded into the business ways of working.
