Managing Engagement and Communications
Engagement and communication are core activities in any change.
Often when change has been poorly managed, the most visible (and talked about) failure is in the lack of communications or "black-hole" of engagement.
When this area is under-developed, the change will feel like it has been thrown over the fence at people.
And when done well, this is the area of change activity, that generates the most excitement and fun. It is where events happen, colourful visuals and playful conversation can occur.
